Mark J. Sanford, Clinical Audiologist, has successfully owned and managed CSG Better Hearing Center since 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in hearing healthcare. He earned his Masters in Communicative Disorders, Audiology at the University of Texas in Dallas. As an expert in hearing loss and hearing devices, Mark gives presentations locally and nationally and is on the advisory board for several hearing aid manufacturers. In addition, Mark instructs new Lyric providers in sizing and fitting procedures. Mark is a member of: American Academy of Audiology, American Speech and Hearing Association, Academy of Dispensing Audiologists, Hearing Review Advisory board, and Chairman of the Elite Hearing Network Advisory Board. In the past, Mark has been a member of the GN Resound Advisory Board and Vortis Techonology Board.

Letta Wesley earned her Masters in Speech Pathology and Audiology at California State University-Sacramento, and graduated with Honors.  Letta joined CSG Better Hearing Center in 2008.  Her experience with the best hearing technology available and her natural, compassionate approach to our patients, make her a true professional in the audiology field. Letta provides attentive, personalized care for the greater Bay Area and works closely with highly experienced physicians.  Letta's unique aptitude to deliver excellent patient service makes her a valuable asset to the hearing impaired community. Currently, Letta manages our Berkeley office.

Carrie Sanchez has been with us for over eleven years. Carrie is the quintessential team player and can help with anything from a basic tube change to providing full office support. In addition to making sure things run smoothly in our Berkeley office she diligently handles the insurance billing for all of the Better Hearing Centers.

Better Hearing Center of Berkeley is proud to have a very close working relationship with Drs. Bruce Rice, Richard Kerbavaz, and Christina Corey, of East Bay Head & Neck, who have over 65 years of Ear Nose and Throat medical experience between them. We share the same location which allows us to provide the best hearing healthcare for our patients. Since 2007, we have partnered to assist our patients with some of the latest hearing technology, including the Insound Medical Lyric device and the Cochlear Implant/BAHA hearing device.
